One of the goals Zecchetti has achieved in the last few years has been the reorganization of its After-Sales Service. This service plays a vital role in the integration between customer and client, and as such Zecchetti pays particular attention to its efficiency. Zecchetti has invested significant resources in the vocational training of new personnel and in the qualification of the existing personnel.

The After-Sales Service accounts now more than 50 individuals, including both Mechanical and Electrical Engineers speaking several languages and travelling worldwide to assist customers. This active and immediate, broad spectrum response is critical when remote problem solving falls short of success.
